Notice of Location and Hours of Polling Place
At the election to be held on November 5, 2024 in the Village of Viola of Vernon and Richland Counties, the following polling place locations will be used for the wards indicated:

All polling places will open at 7:00 A.M. and will close at 8:00 P.M. All polling places are accessible to elderly and voters with disabilities*.
If any polling places are not accessible or in compliance with federal law, contact the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
If you have any questions concerning your polling place, contact the municipal clerk.

Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers (MBOC)
At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the MBOC for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.
Notice of Meeting of MBOC to Process Rehabilitated Provisional Ballots
If provisional ballots have been issued and are subsequently cured by the voter before 4:00 p.m. on the Friday after the election, the MBOC must meet no later than the following Monday at 9:00 a.m. to process the cured provisional ballots. This is a public meeting and requires applicable notice.
Camping Fees - Banker Park

Camping is $20 per night for electric sites and $10 per tent per night or non-electric sites. The RV dump station is free for paid campers, $5 for all others. Camping fees may be paid at the Village Office by cash, check or money order from 8:30am-4:30pm. For evenings and weekends, payment envelopes will be available and may be placed in the drop box by the main doors of the Village Office. Be sure to check the bulletin board near the park showers for information on wireless internet access during your stay.Village Office

Senior Dining
WHEN: Each Tue-Fri at Noon in the Viola Municipal Bldg 106 W Wisconsin St
WHO: Senior Citizens 60yrs+ and their spouses of any age, disabled people under 60 living in a residential facility where the meal site is located, nonresident disabled people under 60 who receive a waiver from the Public Health Office, anyone who does not fit into the previous groups and pays a full meal cost.
COST: Funding for the Senior Nutrition Program comes from Federal, State, and County funds as well as participant donations. For 60+ the suggested donation is $4.50. Full meal cost is $7.54 for non senior-citizen/non-disabled diners.
